Creccal Investments Ltd Hiring for Lease Administrator Job at Westmount Full Time

Creccal is seeking an individual that has extensive knowledge of Commercial (office & retail) AND Residential lease administration.

Our company has several properties in Montreal, and we require an individual to be able to prepare, update and follow up on all Residential lease renewals and update Commercial Leases in our property Management software: HOPEM.

Individual must be able to interpret many types of legal clauses stipulated in commercial leases, as well as have a solid knowledge of the Tribunal administrative du Logment de Quebec (TAL) regulations. Individual must have previous work experience from working in previous Real Estate and/or Property management companies.

Must be completely bilingual (English & French), written and verbal.

Individual must have a knowledge of general property management, good administrative skills and organizational skills.

Tasks to perform, monthly invoicing as per lease terms, tracking of lease renewals of over 150 commercial leases and 850 Residential leases.

Must have a knowledge of all office software’s and Hopem (Property management software).

Position is located at our Head Office in Westmount Square (metro Atwater).

Contract length: 12 months

Expected start date: 2022-05-01

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
