Join us as a Compliance Investigation Officer and be responsible for managing investigation from initiation to completion independently with timely remediation and read across of identified failure(s). This role involves interaction with a diverse population of employees within the bank to determine the level and conduct of each divisional investigation within its mandate. It requires the candidate to critically investigate each case and be able to deliver a well analyzed report and recommend the appropriate treatment/remediation of potential policy/ internal controls violations. In addition, you would also be responsible for the Conduct and Disciplinary framework and is required to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders.
Your future colleagues
The APAC compliance investigation team is a small team, made up of dynamic and cohesive individuals with varied qualifications and background. While we have defined role and responsibilities for each investigation officers (e.g. to carry out the end-to-end investigative process), the team provides the back-end support structure where we would have open and honest communication to discuss the investigation strategies and provide alternate opinions on cases.
