Job Objectives/Goal

• To assist relationship managers in meeting the day-to-day administrative needs of clients, including but not limited to account maintenance, account remediation and workflow processing
• To assist the relationship managers in handling the account opening process for new clients with respect to documentation and internal liaison
• Making available such data and reports, from the Branch Applications, as may be required by the client or relationship manager
• Support innovation processes and interact with business partners to gather ideas and keep abreast with industry standards, new technologies and methods
• You leading strict compliance and legal guidelines are being adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations; ensuring the occurrence of errors and operational problems is minimized and promptly & accurately document any issues that occur.

Responsibilities and functional duties

Work with RMs on:

• Client onboarding and account opening documentation
• Account maintenance e.g. Change in Circumstances
• Account remediation
• Periodic client review (DDCR)
• Document processing matters and administrative tasks e.g. preparation of forms, account transfers

Collaborate with Client ARM to complete tasks where applicable

Your skills and experience

Qualification

Financial Knowledge:

• Possess solid understanding of financial markets, regulation, banking products and investment vehicles
• Demonstrate knowledge of related banking systems

Competency in Business Processes:

• Proficient in regulatory issues and trends combined with a strong control mind set with understanding of risks inherent in processes and how to mitigate them
• Time management – able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Risk and Control:

• Align with bank’s directives and policies with particular emphasis on due diligence, money laundering procedures to protect the bank’s interest
• Identify and highlight any red flags spotted on client accounts

People:

• Build an effective partnership with RM and Client ARM
• Your strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence business partners, provide direction and foster consensus across groups enables you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships

Skills and Competence Experience requirement:

• Achieve ARM Frontline Training Certification
