Your field of responsibility This role is to assist other team members to complete the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory reporting responsibilitiesandthe Federal Reserve Bank (FRB)Recovery Resolution Plan. The responsibilities include the preparation of the daily Net Capital calculation, monthly FOCUS report, weekly and monthly 15c3-3 reserve requirement and related FINRA supplemental schedules (Off-Balance sheet Report, Supplemental Statement of Income, Risk Assessment, Supplemental Liquidity Schedule, etc.), and the Recovery Resolution Plan to be submitted to Federal Reserve Bank. This role is also expected to assist to update and test the firm’s controls around regulatory reporting, prepare response to the Regulators’ questions on the filings as well as assisting with the annual Regulatory examinations (FINRA & CME). Other responsibilities include the related special project/analysis work may be required on an as needed basis. Your future colleagues The US Regulatory Reporting team, consisting of 6 people (2 Directors and 5 staff), is responsible for filing SEC reports for 2 US registered broker-dealers andtheFederal Reserve Bank (FRB) Recovery Resolution Plan.
