The continued growth of Revision Village has led to the establishment of an exciting new position of Assistant Customer Success Manager. The role is an ideal gateway into EdTech with an opportunity to learn and develop a broad skillset within a rapidly scaling organisation. What will your day look like?
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for Revision Village customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educators to understand their unique requirements.
Product Knowledge
Gain an in-depth understanding of Revision Village’s products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Stay up-to-date with changes in our product, and IB trends to better assist students.
Onboarding and Training
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them get started with our platform.
Customer Support
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with our technical support team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Feedback Collection
Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
Share customer insights with the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
Retention and Upselling
Develop strategies to increase customer retention and upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
Work with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within the customer base.
Data Analysis
Analyze customer usage data and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer success and engagement.
Create reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics.
