Roles & Responsibilities
• Establish the inspection plan & procedures for the First Articles
• Perform First Article Inspection for new parts and report submission
• Liaise with Customers on FAI approval, customer audit and other quality issues
• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns
• Organize and review quality records collected daily
• Determining, maintaining and implementing the calibration program for inspection, measuring and test equipment
• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues, corrective actions and preventive actions
• Maintain & improve QMS
• Maintain quality objectives and assist in internal audits

Requirements
• Min Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent
• Able to operate CMM (DCC) and other inspection equipment
• Able to interpret technical drawings & well verse with GDT
• Proficiency in written and communication skills in English
• Good IT skills (MS office/excel)
• Preferably 2-3 years working experience, preferably in precision machining industries
