About Us

We are a CPA firm focused on supporting the many wonderful nonprofits in the San Francisco Bay Area with audit, review and tax services. Many of us have worked in the nonprofit field directly ourselves. We are a smaller firm and like to work in a collaborative team based manner.

Job Description

Collaborate with us to find great accounting staff, from entry level accountants to CPA level audit managers.

• Manage job postings and develop job posting strategy
• Manage applicant responses / tracking of applicants
• Resume/cover letter collection for initial screening review along with own estimate of strength of application
• Timely follow-up with applicants including declines and next steps, support interview scheduling.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Located in the United States
• Prior recruiting experience
• Recruiting support for accounting roles a plus

Compensation

• This is a part time as-needed position when we are recruiting.
• Compensation depends on experiance – between $25 – $50/hr expected.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
