The first point of contact for a customer must have a smile and a warm outgoing personality to greet customers upon entering and create and exceptional experience!
KEY TASKS:
- Meet and greet customers. Collect customer information.
- Project a professional and service-oriented image to all customers
- Assist Sales Manager with all files, paperwork.
- Input information into customer databases
- Actively participate in special promotions
- Professional telephone and face-to-face contact with all customers and team members
- Maintaining a positive image
- Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork
The Receptionist/Greeter is the first impression that our customers receive of Crowley Auto Group. The Receptionist/Greeter is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them to the appropriate sales staff or other department.
