A reputable Ag Retailer with a proven track record in the Rolla, KS, area is looking to hire an Agronomy Location Manager to join their management team. This individual would be responsible for the daily operations and functions of this specific location. This area has lots of territory for growth and is a close knit team.

Location Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise the location along with all office related functions
• Oversee four employees
• Create and reach the departments’ goals
• Handle profit and loss, pricing, rebate programs, and inventory
• Work with the Directors to complete various needs

Location Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the Agronomy field, either ag sales or management
• 2+ years of Management experience
• Great product knowledge in seed, fertilizer, and chemical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
