• We’re a very small company, currently we have 16 trucks and 22 drivers. We currently moved to a new location in La Crescenta, CA. Operating in the lower 48 states.

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Manage all payments and expenditures
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Complete monthly account reconciliations including variance investigation for A/R, A/P, prepaid, accruals, and liabilities.
• Ensure accurate accrual and expense reporting
• Responsible for $5,000,000 + in receivables
• Process Payroll for staff and sub contractors.
• Prepare journal entries as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ working in Accounting/Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
