Hours, Location and Duration:

• Standard business hours Mondays to Fridays
• 40 hours per week/ 8 hours per day
• Auckland based – 1 day work from home
• Someone who is available to start asap for this ongoing, temporary role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide EA support to 2 leaders
• Diary & email management
• Collating, preparing and distributing meeting agendas
• Travel arrangements
• Coordination of meetings and appointments
• Produce high quality documents, presentations and announcements
• Assist organising events & campaigns

About You

• You don’t sweat the small stuff
• You must be an experienced EA
• You are resilient & have strong initiative
• Tech-savvy
