As the Programme Coordinator you will be a vital member of Solutions team and will take responsibility for the administrative function of a key programme. You will join a team that is passionate about delivering value-add training experiences and industry leading programmes and initiatives, specifically designed to meet the needs of adviser businesses.

• Responsible for all things administration – navigating each phase of the development programme
• Supporting graduates through their training – proactively communicating and checking in
• Actively engaging with your colleagues, celebrating wins and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Supporting and collaborating with the Solutions team and Advisors to successfully deliver training programmes

Knowledge of commercial business operations and the insurance market would be preferable, but not essential
