Customise Talent Group Looking for Fleet Operations Manager at Auckland CBD, Auckland Full Time

Yoogo launched in 2014 and whilst they provide the traditional automotive finance leasing suite, they are anything but traditional! They challenge the status quo and build sustainable partnerships not transactional one offs. From single unit deals right through to large corporate fleets, they tailor the offering to fit the client’s needs whilst providing exceptional customer service. Due to substantial growth I am exclusively on the look out for a Fleet Operations Manager to step in and become the right hand for the General Manager. You will be tasked with ensuring operational efficiencies are maintained and system development and initiatives are championed in order to manage and support additional future growth for the brand.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational process and system development – relentlessly pursue improvements & enhancements.
• Continual focus on system automation and resource optimisation.
• Improve our operations capability by building scalable processes and controls.
• Analyze spend and trend analysis – core revenue & cost lines.
• Manage key third party relationships and take a proactive approach with them to ensure the best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage the strategic direction of the Operations function.
• Support sales with pricing and pricing initiatives.
• Accountable for continued customer-centric initiatives.
• Develop more structure around KPIs on which to measure our operational capabilities.
• Process review and improvement with specific attention to – automation, development, improvement and simplification.
• Relentlessly challenging the norm to assist Yoogo Fleet on its mission to being best in class.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

• Understanding and Experience within Vehicle or Asset Leasing (preferable but not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal & Organisational skills
• Strong financial & reporting acumen  
• Process driven and methodical
• Inquisitive with a desire to drive change
• Strong control and administrative ability
• Confident and professional in interacting with people at all levels
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills both written and oral
• Project management experience (preferable but not essential)
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure
• Must be residing in New Zealand with residency to apply for this role
