About the role
They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with commercial construction experience to take the lead on their some of their projects in Tauranga and surrounding regions. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a New Zealand owned and operated commercial contractor.

Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering the commercial requirements of the project, ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs, maintaining registers and productivity on the project whilst at all times adhering to safety policies & procedures.

About you
You will have tertiary qualifications Quantity Surveying and have experience working in similar roles in New Zealand. You will also possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.
