Job Description

The IT Project Management Advisor will be responsible fordriving all phases of medium to large IT projects/programsto successful completion. The IT Project Manager isresponsible for providing day to day leadership,management and coordination of all activities pertaining toproject direction, goal setting, planning, estimating,resource allocation and assignments, project health andreporting, problem resolution and collaboration with keystakeholders to ensure project goals are met. In addition,the Project Manager proactively provides coaching andmentoring to individuals and teams for ProjectManagement best practices, continuous processimprovement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IT Project Management experiencedemonstrated by a proven track record of success inmultiple complex IT projects and/or programs including thefollowing:5+ years of professional, related experience in consulting,software development, client management, teammanagement, business relationship management andresource management5+ years experience with SDLC methodology2+ years experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Willaccept verifiable HS diploma / GED with one year ofrelevant work experience for every year of college notattained in addition to required years of experience. MBAin Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
