The primary goal of our Office Support Specialist is to act as the gatekeeper of data integrity as it relates to calculating payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and other accounting related tasks. They complete commission calculations, work with job costing, and prepare reporting that assists management in making educated decisions. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy day-to-day accounting tasks, manipulating data in excel, and improving processes. They are also great at getting details right the first time, being a team player, and staying flexible with department growth.
This position requires a candidate with superb communication skills, an uncanny attention to detail, an accomplished multi-tasker with an ability to change priorities as needed, a passion for follow through, and proven Offce365 skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/OneDrive/OneNote). Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is a plus. This individual must be a true team player with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
