Title: Medical Device Commercialization Senior Manager – Location – Fully Remote – United StatesTravel Requirements 1 – 2 times monthlyThe Medical Device Commercialization Senior Manager will have an important role in the launch of a new kidney care device for CVS Health. This person is accountable for supporting the development and continuous management of the device commercialization project plan. Working across team leadership, this individual will: 1) help drive planning, strategy and operational excellence to ensure progress towards key device commercialization objectives 2) manage relationships and influence in a heavily matrixed environment 3) coach and lead business partners and project managers to drive and execute their programs The ideal candidate has a proven track record of proactive leadership in a cross-functional environment (including collaboration with product and operational teams). The candidate must be able to identify areas of opportunity, offer insights across portfolios, and support our leaders making decisions based on this information to accelerate business outcomes.  This individual will build relationships, act as a partner and coach, support leaders in scoping and prioritization of work and work with subject matter experts to gain a compressive understanding of the business. The expectation of this role is to be a strong communicator, problem solver, critical thinker, and have a natural curiosity to learn. A successful person will be adept at navigating ambiguity and organizing complex needs into a manageable plan. Tracks status, risks, issues and dependencies. Proactively identifies and addresses team impediments.   Crafts and leads reporting of status and progress along with team and stakeholder communication   Lead and improve planning process, including but not limited to goal-setting, definition of key performance indicators, project prioritization, and delivery mechanisms  Establish and drive a well-defined business rhythm and cadence and lead meetings through deliverables, outcomes, and actions to drive goals and priorities  Coach leaders and team members for growth and transformation, displaying an agile mindset  Coach and support managers on executing key priorities and identify opportunities  Drive cross portfolio insights and collaboration  Develop an understanding of the business to partner closely with leaders and teams on key business initiatives, programs, and projects to frame decisions, contribute a strong point of view, support goal alignment and achievement, and to drive operational excellence  Develop systems and operating cadences for managing projects towards key objectives  Responsibilities % 1) Drive cross portfolio insights and collaboration and ensure measurable definition and progress towards key objectives across portfolio.  40% 2) Coach leaders and team members for growth and transformation, displaying an Agile mindset and executing key priorities and identifying opportunities to execute timely valuable program deliverables. 40% 3) Monitors health of business delivery. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline5+ years in Project Management, with at least 2 years specific to Device Commercialization  5 + years of people management 1+ year of using Agile methodsWillingness and ability to travel 1-2 times monthly

Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with Project Management Tools such as Rally, Jira, MS Project, Asana, Basecamp, etc. as well as advanced skills with other MS Office programs.  Expertise with PowerPoint and executive level presentations.
