Job Description
Fortune 5 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for an Enterprise Procurement Advisor to join our dedicated team. As the Strategic Procurement Advisor, you will be responsible for the drafting, negotiating, and finalizing of IT and Non-IT contractual documents for the purchase of all categories and commodities of non-merchandise goods and services for the CVS Health enterprise.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Direct supplier negotiations with third party suppliers, negotiating contract terms and conditions (T&C) for complex agreements and statements of work (SOW), and collaboration with Legal and other key partners- Development, maintenance and enforcement of contract templates and supporting the overall administration, tracking and analysis of contracting activity and compliance- Drafting and negotiating large-scale, highly complex agreements including, but not limited to, purchase of goods and professional services in industries ranging from print services to healthcare- Ownership of contract and template development, contract standards and key T&C- Drafting and review of modifications, amendments, SOW, and other relevant non-merchandise/not for resale contract documents- Research and resolve contract disputes and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
-5+ years of experience working in a contracts support environment- 5+ years of experience drafting complex contractual documents, memorandum, terms and conditions- 5+ years of professional experience and knowledge advising senior leaders/executives on contract law and risks and how these issues impact the contracting process
