Medicare quality assurance specialist (call coaches) support achieving an enhanced member experience through providing individualized coaching to customer service representatives stressing QUEST principles. In addition, call coaches act as an advocate for the business by measuring and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of work processes that impact customer satisfaction. Consult and/or work cross functionally to influence and promote change that improves the member experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Seeking candidates from the MSO Call Center
Excellent Call Handling Experience
Subject Matter Expert as it relates to MSO call policies, procedures and systems (HMOe and GPS)
Preferred Qualifications
Quest Mastery Level Certification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good Time Management Skills to maximize efficiency
Education
High School Diploma or GED
