CWB Financial Group Hiring for Executive Assistant – IS Job at Edmonton Full Time

• Continuous, proactive and forward-looking preparation, prioritization and management of strategic, high level meetings and travel arrangements and other time-sensitive deliverables in a high volume, complex environment.
• Work with senior leaders and other stakeholders to draft and finalize a wide variety of executive communications including client, employee and board presentations, communications, surveys, reports and other documents.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings and events (i.e.: investor relations events, community investment events, employee town halls, regional meetings, etc.) including logistics, preparation and coordination of materials, taking minutes and providing general support during meetings/events.
• Support executives in the tracking and completion of important corporate governance deliverables (i.e. regulatory filings, regulator correspondence, authority levels, etc.)
• Invoice and expense management, including the tracking of expenses to budget, roll-ups, and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative and communication support to committees, task forces and project teams as required.
• Research and analytical support for a wide variety of initiatives as required.
• Preparation, coordination and monitoring of a wide variety of reports as required.
• Maintain integrity and consistency of the internal brand(s) across communication materials and vehicles. Proofreading and editing as required.

• Post-secondary administrative/management courses and experience in the financial services industry would be an asset.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination function at a senior level, in a complex, mid sized organization.
• Prior experience in Information Technology would be an asset

• Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills
• Highly proficient computer skills with advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Well-developed written communication skills with experience writing and formatting presentations, briefings, reporting and other documents for high level executives
• A skilled communicator with the ability to positively interact with employees and leaders at all levels with poise and professionalism
• Action-oriented with extremely strong initiative and a demonstrated ability to coordinate and drive multiple activities simultaneously
• Analytically oriented with effective research and analytical skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Some evening and weekend work may be required
