What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings and logistics
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding of new employees
- Tracking quotas and commissions inclusive of monthly and quarterly reporting
- Administration of the Salesforce environment, implement changes within SFDC to applications, custom fields, page layouts, dashboards, reports, etc.
- Interfacing with stakeholders to understand feature requirements and or support issues
- Managing other 3rd party applications that integrate into SFDC.
- Working with business lines to develop and execute strategic and tactical goals for leveraging Salesforce functionality, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.
- Providing administrative support on sales initiatives as needed.
What You Need for this Position
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability and willingness to interface with clients and senior management
- Ability to work on-site at our Manhattan office at least 3 days/ week
