Overview: D3 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the media for our clients and ensuring that their needs are met. You will work closely with our clients to develop effective media strategies, planning & buying that will drive growth and success for their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop media strategies that meet their needs.
• Work with the client service, performance and specialised services team to execute plans effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to help our clients stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with internal teams such as performance and data analytics to deliver integrated campaigns
• Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget
• Stay up to date with industry developments and trends, sharing knowledge with the team and clients
• Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and quality in all work undertaken.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing media for clients within an agency
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of media planning and buying, including digital media
• Ability to manage budgets effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ambitious and driven with a passion for the media industry.
