D3O Looking for Sales Support Representative at Croydon, Southland, New Zealand Full Time

As a member of the Global Sales Support / Customer Service Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and best-in-class experience while also contributing to our sales growth. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales-related tasks.

Reporting to the company’s Sales Director in Europe, the position is based out of D3O’s office in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support:
• Processing customer purchase orders: convert Sales Opportunities into Sales Orders in Salesforce.com, and liaise with UK Supply Chain to secure Sales Order Confirmations to communicate back to customer.
• Coordinating tasks between departments to achieve on-time, efficient customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Logging of meeting notes and supporting follow up actions with sales team and other functions.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns while striving for first-call resolution.
• Provide accurate product/service information and assist with order tracking and status updates.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
• Sales Assistance:
• Collaborate with the West Coast-basedsales team to identify and qualify leads and opportunities by generating reports and provide status overviews.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Generate reports on customer inquiries, sales, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide regular feedback to management on common customer issues and potential process improvements.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales support team, sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates to stay current on company offerings.

Necessary Qualities/Experience

• Previous experience withSalesForce (CRM).
• Proven track record in customer service and/or sales support roles.
• Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task, enjoying a diverse work load.
