Danone Hiring for Packing Site Controller Job at Auckland , New Zealand Full Time

About the job

In the role of Packing Site Controller, you will effectively provide financial controlling services and operate as a Finance Business Partner to our business leaders at the Auckland factory. You will support managers across two production facilities – Packing and Can-forming sites in Airport Oaks.

Reporting to our Operations Finance Director, this is a permanent full-time position working Mon-Fri with WFH option.

You will:

• Take ownership of performance results reporting and month-end closure of packing site financials
• Manage monthly forecasting cycle and annual budgets alongside business managers
• Support plant managers from a financial perspective in developing long-term strategy for the production sites
• Drive productivity programme for the sites through management of financial business case, tracking and reporting of cost optimisation activities

About you

Ideally you will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, CA/CPA qualified is a plus
• Robust Finance/Accounting experience, understanding of FMCG/manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management ability
• Ability to work well under pressure and are an effective communicator
• 
  The resilience needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment
