Danone Looking for Quality Compliance Coordinator at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

Following a recent promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Compliance Coordinator to join our dedicated Quality & Food Safety function at Danone Auckland production facility. Reporting to the Verification Manager, you will join our Compliance team of 4 and be accountable for the management & reporting of customer complaints, investigation of non-conformances / NCRs and conducting internal audits.

This is a permanent full-time role working Monday-Friday with Flexible Working option.

You will:

• Investigate all NCR, customer complaints, supplier non-conformance and ensure effective CAPA has been implemented and monitored
• Maintain day-to-day operation of the Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) software for timely reaction to all consumer feedback
• Conduct internal audits to ensure factory compliance to internal & external requirements, and ensure gaps are closed in a timely manner
• Use data analysis to provide recommendations on key focus areas for quality defect type (Product Non-Conformance or Complaint) and root cause
• Ensure systems are in place and working to continuously maintain traceability according to Danone and Regulatory standards

About you

You will have a tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent, coupled with solid relevant experience in a Quality role within manufacturing industry. You enjoy working with details yet are flexible and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment.

To be successful you will have:

• Solid experience in Quality Compliance in a manufacturing / FMCG environment
• Experience in auditing / NCR management and working knowledge of dairy industry regulations, international standard, HACCP and FSSC 22000
• Strong communication skills – ability to ask questions & gain stakeholder involvement
• Willingness to learn and drive your self-development
• Proactivity & commitment with task follow-through
