Key Responsibilities

-Ensure that vendor invoices are entered into QuickBooks and properly classified according to written procedures

-Create accurate item receipts in QuickBooks using provided weight and volume conversions (convert an invoice for pounds into gallons)

-Reconcile vendor invoices with vendor accounts

-Work with vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies

-Other data entry as necessary

-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive vendor and employee information

This position is part time, 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling Monday – Friday. This position will work at Danzeisen Dairy’s bottling plant office at 6024 W Southern Avenue in Laveen, AZ.

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Microsoft Word and Excel experience

-Must be able to accurately convert weights and volumes

-Attention to detail

-Ability to work independently once trained

-Willingness to learn and adapt

-A positive attitude

-QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
