We Need a Business Analyst Like No Other

As our new Business Analyst, you’ll bring your experience and inquisitive mind to the Transformational Engagement team. You’ll help uncover and articulate solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations, playing an active role at every stage from initiation to post-implementation.

You’ll have a strong understanding of all aspects of the systems and software development lifecycle as well as the business processes that interact with technology. Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and practices is ideal but understanding the relationship with people and business impacts is a must. You’ll relish the opportunity to work closely with teams to understand the root cause of issues, and able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

You’ll also be an outstanding collaborator, creative thinker and communicator who can present and engage with a variety of stakeholders. It’s a dynamic role with the opportunity to chart your own course and support the wider Datacom team.

The nuts and bolts

We’ll need you to be able to:

• Work closely with stakeholders, such as product owners, customers, and end-users, to understand their needs and requirements
• Analyse workflow to create process maps, user stories and use cases, and identify areas of potential improvement
• Develop functional specifications that design and document the desired outcomes of system enhancement and development
• Support stakeholders in working with a variety of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean depending on their needs
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders including through ceremonies and workshops
