The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring the delivery of positive outcomes for Datacom’s customers by guiding the customers to make the right solution decisions, helping the client to size and define strategies, program, and projects for success, and making sure they deliver value. This role is responsible for shaping overall solutions and strategies, helping to close the sale, guiding the client to the appropriate decisions, or making them where appropriate and ensuring the customers outcomes that get delivered. The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership and domain expertise. This role will ensure systems, offerings, and processes are fit-for-purpose and designed to meet our contracted services across our technology towers of responsibility.
