Our Food & Beverage Supervisor’s play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members on a daily basis. They ensure all dining experiences are in keeping with our brand standards and ensure our team members are operating effectively at all times.

They are responsible for building great team morale and play an important role in maintaining standards across the entire F+B offering. Their tasks range from keeping our DLicious award winning menu available and presented at the right standard and making sure we adhere to Food Hygiene regulations.

Of course, you’ll be a self motivated team player with great communication skills. You’ll learn fast and be brilliant at showing new team members how it’s done. You’ll be great to be reliable, hard-working and energetic. You will be required to work shift hours and have a flexible approach to working patterns. You will lead the team and be on hand to assist the F+B Manager with managerial duties.
