The Days in I-70 Salina is looking for friendly and hardworking Front desk agent to join our team. We are looking for a Front Desk agent to work during the evenings and overnights. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Pay depending on the experience. All guest rooms are indoors. Available shifts are two evening (4PM to 12AM) and two overnights from (12AM to 8AM).

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assists with helping fold laundry and cleaning main areas

Must be eligible to work in the United States. No experience required. Will train.
