• Lead the IT Contract Logistics Plan team and be overall responsible for demands raised to the team in the APAC Regional Head Office

• Regional IT lead for all digitization and digitalization initiatives across APAC

• Serve as IT management consultant and partner of the business team to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled with the appropriate IT solution

• Provide support and represent IT in customer presales engagements

• Accountable for the initiation, coordination and monitoring of implementation of approved demands prior to handover to delivery team

• Oversee the process chain from demand management, solution development, demand refinement, effort and cost estimation, IT system demonstration and handover to delivery team for demand fulfilment

• Review and ensure the quality of demand responses including scope, effort estimation, presentation and proposal deliverables

• Track product demands to analyse trends and impact on resourcing

• Support the development of new IT products or the enhancement of existing IT products by providing new and upcoming functional gaps to the product owner for prioritization

• Conduct research on user-experience, supply chain trends, customer needs and market competition to identify product improvement opportunities

• Define and implement demand management standards, framework, guidelines, tools and policies

• Obtain feedback, identify and implement continuous improvements to the demand management standards, framework, guidelines, tools and policies

• Establish good relationships with the business and IT counterparts

• Degree in Supply Chain or IT

• 10+ years in IT-related role

• 5+ years experience in IT business development, presales, marketing

• Previous experience working within a technical pre sales position

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills

• Ability to relate to customer issues and create value-driven IT solutions to meet the needs of customer requirements

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Ability to work on multiple opportunities concurrently

• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)

Preferred skills

• Experience in supply chain industry especially in warehousing (WMS)

• Experience in Infor SCE

• Passionate about IT sales and working with customers

• Strong customer service orientation

• Experience with RFP sales cycle

• Ability to navigate and manage technical issues within a customer account

• Experience working in a matrix organizational structure
