About us

DD’s Country Cafe is a small Family-owned Cafe that has been operating for the past 14 years. We pride ourselves on good old-fashioned home baking and an excellent short order menu with country hospitality. Recently adding an on-site Ice Cream, Gelato and Sorbet trailer for the afternoon treat.
Being based in Waitoki, we are situated away from the busy rush hours of suburbia, yet are a favorite stop for locals, commuters, holiday makers and no less an amazing bunch of regular daily customers. Qualifications & experience

• No Qualifications required as all training will be provided. Any training in Hospitality or previous barista experience would be a bonus.
• Applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will have a clear advantage.
• Able to work in a small team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Barista/Front of House: Make a range of coffee and tea beverages, serve customers at till.
• Assist with food orders and table clearing. End of day packing up and cleaning.
