Deck Masters of Canada Hiring For Customer Service Representative at Beeton, ON Full Time

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be fulfilling online sales orders and engaging with customers, vendors and contractors both in our showroom and over the phone to help them achieve their backyard dreams and needs. You will be taking orders, creating quotes and invoices using QuickBooks, scheduling deliveries, and merchandising the showroom. You will be provided with ample product knowledge training and come to be regarded as an industry expert. Cold calling, Cross selling, suggestive upselling, educating customers about our products, and building positive relationships are all part of the role. You are able to handle being in a fast paced environment during peak season with a positive attitude, along with taking ownership of projects. You are also responsible for researching potential new clients and outbound sales calls.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, are also assets
