Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper who will work closely with our Accounting and Finance department both In Stamford and with our finance department overseas.

Flexibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to prioritize is critical. Speedy and accurate computer skills are an absolute must. Email and phone communication style is clear and concise with the ability to capture both headlines and details succinctly.

Daily activities will include:

• Process accounts receivable
• Reconciliation of credit card reports
• Issuing credit memos
• Entering vendor invoices
• Accounts payable processing including data entry and filing
• Data entry of subledger activities

The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping or accounting experience and be:

• Well organized and polished
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Initiative-taker with upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Computer savvy with strong Office 365 skillset

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
