Delaware North’s operations at Auckland Airport are growing as New Zealand opens up to travellers once more. To ensure continued excellent service to our clients and guests, we are looking for Food & Beverage Attendants with all-rounder experience (baristas, bartenders, fast food, and all-rounders with strong customer service experience). We will also consider applicants with no hospitality experience wanting to gain some experience and kick start their hospitality career!

We’re on the look out for multiple full-time (30 hours a week) Food & Beverage Attendants to work across one of our of nine outlets at Auckland Airport. Our operations open from 4am and closing can fluctuate based on flight schedules and demand. We are a seven day a week operation, so please ensure you include your full availability requirements in your application.

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous F&B or Retail service experience with a passion for quality customer service highly beneficial
• Food service, barista and/or bar experience advantageous
• Fast food experience also highly regarded
• Proven record of reliability, punctuality and consistency
• Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements communicated in English
• Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues and is a team player
• Well presented with tidy work habits
• Ability to work in a process-driven operation

Delaware North prides itself on its Food Safety record – all successful applicants will need to share this non-negotiable approach to hospitality and will be willing to obtain relevant food safety qualifications if not already held at time of application.
