Delaware North at Auckland Airport has multiple opportunities to join our growing team as a Food & Beverage Supervisors. To assist us in delivering in this fun and exciting environment, we are seeking a committed hospitality professional, with a capacity to lead from the front, and who shares our belief in the highest customer service standards. The successful candidate will be key in helping us deliver a fun and rewarding working environment.

We are looking for full time (30 hours a week) experienced shift supervisors to join our operations across our nine outlets at Auckland Airport, therefore, those with experience leading small teams in cafes, restaurants, or bars are highly desired.

Our operations open from 4am and closing can fluctuate based on flight schedules and demand. We are a seven-day a week operation, so please ensure you include your full availability requirements in your application.

What we are looking for:

• A passionate and enthusiastic hospitality professional who can deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience leading and/or developing team members
• Knowledge and experience of coffee making is advantageous but not essential
• Previous supervisory experience is essential
• A valid Approved Manager Card is desirable
• Excellent communications skills
• Cash handling experience
• Can commit to a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights
