Field Marketing Senior Consultant
Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. In this role you will assess service offerings and marry with segment customer needs to optimize demand. Interact directly with sales, customers, marketing and analytics to build, launch and execute ideal programs to grow services revenue and content rate. Develop keen understanding of services value proposition, pricing and go-to-market planning to deliver maximum value to each sales segment in North America.

What you’ll achieve
As a Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing segment level action plans to deliver optimal financial results for a given sales segment. You will represent the services organization, our offers and related value props to the segment you support. You will work with sales and marketing leaders as well as cross-functional teams to build and execute programs/initiatives to maximize services success. Effectively, the Field Marketing Sr. Consultant will be responsible for services performance in their segment and regularly report out on financials, issues, opportunities and planned actions.
You will:

• Drive awareness, new business and customer development strategies across teams at Dell Technologies
• Partner with a cross-functional team to create impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the market
• Manage assigned brand budgets and evaluate ROIs for all program spend
• Use data and industry best practices to optimize marketing strategy

Essential Requirements

• Strong financial acumen and ability to diagnose business variances, root cause financial gaps and communicate drivers and recovery plans to senior executives
• Expertise in Marketing Strategy and/or experience leading go-to-market strategies
• Experience presenting financial results and explaining financial variances
• Experience in Product Marketing, launches, competitive analysis
• High School Education

Desirable Requirements

• Services Marketing experience
• Bachelors degree or MBA
• Management consulting experience
