What you’ll achieve
This Program Manager will manage end to end, core and radio projects towards individual customers. This position requires a broad technical knowledge of different wireless technologies and infrastructure. Leveraging in-depth industry knowledge of the tools, process, and expectations of delivering and support of complex wireless networks.
You will:

• Work closely with other vendors to establish the deployment and support strategy for their software products when it’s deployed within a Dell Technology solutions environment
• Establish the WOW to manage SLAs and KPIs as per customer expectations (ensuring project timelines, budget and deliverables, break/fix, remote support, etc. can be delivered)
• Work with customer C-Level management and travel to customer site when needed

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of overall wireless and wireline telecom industry experience as a service provider and/or equipment vendor with solid experience deploying and managing wireless telco networks
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent relevant exp
• Knowledge on orchestration and management of virtualized core networks for 4G and 5G and demonstrated competence with 4G and 5G wireless technologies, core and radio network deployment and support.
• Extensive experience to plan and execute complex projects within the wireless industry such as core network deployment and virtualized solutions
• Ability to manage project deliverables, understand and help resolve technical issues, and manage financial objectives
• Must be able to travel to client sites when needed

Desirable Requirements

• Strong executive presence with ability to work closely with C-Level customer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for this position
• PMP certification
• Knowledge and experience working with virtualized network functions a plus
