We’re seeking a talented and confident Personal Assistant to support our Partners and other senior stakeholders in Wellington. This is your chance to join a top professional services firm and develop your skills with an innovative, high-performing organisation that is committed to its people.
The opportunity
Supporting our senior stakeholders you will have a high-profile, visible role within the firm; you’ll easily adapt and build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and the rest of the team.
The team
We are the largest professional services risk practice in NZ and the biggest globally. Our team consist of diverse range of employees, skill-sets and specialisations. We are high performers who work hard but we like to have fun whilst doing so.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage demanding diaries, including interfacing regularly with clients to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings.
- Anticipate and coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Liaising with our clients and dealing proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and responding as appropriate.
- Processing expenses for senior stakeholders.
- Assisting with the management of CRM database systems.
- Supporting the wider team with any administration requests as required.
- Manage local and national internal and client events.
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of internal data to support monitoring and reporting.
- Support with document formatting and presentations
Enough about us, let’s talk about you! You are / can
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
- Build network of strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Previous experience working with professional services firm would be advantageous
- Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
