We are a high performing Team seeking a proactive and highly proficient Administration Officer to provide high quality administration support to internal and external customers across the Northern Region.
About the role | Mō te tūnga
As our Administration Officer, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Northern Region Practice team by providing a responsive, proactive administrative support service. You will be based at Regional office in Penrose however the role covers the wider Northern Region.
Reporting to the Regional Director Practice Delivery, you will be tasked with delivering a wide range of administrative services including direct support to the Northern Region Practice team. You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, be able to multitask, follow and adhere to strict policies and procedures and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The salary range is $46,429 – $55,203 Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
