Job Title: Employee/ Labour Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations (ER) team is part of Deutsche Bank’s Performance and Reward department and has three main functions: to manage investigations, grievances and disciplinaries; to advise on Employee Relations issues and to deliver training. The team is supported by a governance and reporting team.
As the Employee Relations Specialist you will be responsible for conducting investigations into grievances and disciplinary allegations, including making findings, drafting reports, and delivering outcomes. In doing so, you will work with the Bank’s other investigative functions, as well as with Compliance, Legal and Performance and Reward in a collaborative fashion.
The primary focus will be the United Kingdom & Ireland, but the job requires flexibility and adaptability, and may also entail working on matters from other regions.

Your key responsibilities
Manage ER cases
Conduct internal investigations of potential misconduct
Advise Human Resources (HR) Business Advisors on complaints and disciplinary matters including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances led by HR Business Advisors
Case calibration
Collaborate with HR Business Advisors on Employee Relations issues
Your skills and experience
Previous experience working in Employee Relations or HR, particularly in relation to managing high profile, complex employee misconduct cases or complex investigations
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience of influencing at all levels of the organisation including senior HR management, Head of Control functions and Senior Business heads
Critical analysis and ability to distil issues from complex Investigative reports
