If you want to move forward in your career with DHL Supply Chain then this could be an opportunity for you. An Inwards Administrator role has become available based within our Niall Burgess site in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

The Inwards Administrator provides professional operational administrative and customer service to both internal and external customers. This hands on role requires the person to manage and maintain inventory integrity as well as liaising with Clients and Staff. An ability to assist the Supervisor to ensure that all service standards (KPI’s) are met and relevant information is collated accurately.

The hours for this role will be 11.00am – 7.30pm.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Devanning, put away and logical receipt of stock
• Completing all paperwork and ensuring the correct process for filing is followed
• Maintaining and updating SKU Master details
• Liaising with the agency staff on inbound shipments
• Liaising with clients, providing updates on progress of Inwards, any variances etc.
• Working to determine priorities for inbound shipments and best put away strategies
• We’re seeking a motivated, flexible and enthusiastic team player, who demonstrates the ability to use their initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• Outstanding communication skills in order to deal with internal and external customers effectively as well as developing and maintaining relationships
• Excellent organisational and time management skills in order to meet deadlines and manage a busy role
• Sound analytical, problem solving and decision making ability required
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
• Current fork hoist and reach licence
