Sales Associate for Apparel, Bikes & Exercise, Team Sports, Golf, Footwear, Outdoors

Sales Teammate Duties Include:
Creating a world-class customer experience

Making our stores look great by upholding company standards for merchandise presentation

Showing passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment for the sports and activities we support in our stores

Cross training for cash registers

Promoting company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions

Operations & Freight Flow Teammate Duties:
Unloading trucks and processing freight

Processing ship from store orders as well as buy online pickup in store orders

Maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the store including offices and restroom

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively

All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.
