Digital Air Strike is seeking a high-energy administrative professional to join the team at our headquarters in Old Town Scottsdale. Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and provide general support to internal and external clients
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Prepare reports and/or special projects, which may include data collection, coordination, final copy preparation, distribution, etc.
• Foster long-term professional relationships with clients, customers, and vendors through exceptional customer service
• Manage assigned projects in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
• Maintain document management system, including scanning all paper documents and organizing electronic files
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of all communal areas including the lobby, conference rooms, and kitchen
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings including offering and setting out beverages as well as arranging and ordering lunch, if requested
• Perform other administrative duties and provide support and assistance as requested

Requirements

• 1-3 years of administrative assistance experience with the ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Ability to proactively identify problems and formulate effective solutions
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
• Able to work and complete projects with little supervision
