Program Supervisor Opportunity – Medical Information

Join Diligent Health Solutions! We are a fast-growing, well-respected healthcare contact center with expertise in rare diseases, oncology, women’s health, and diabetes.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support day-to-day call center account activities for pharmaceutical and biotech clients working in medical information.

Our purpose is to support and educate patients and healthcare professionals by responding to questions about prescriptions, devices, and disease states.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors Degree; Healthcare license preferred (i.e., nurse)
• 2-4 years of documented, successful, previous healthcare account or call center management experience required;
• 2-5 years of Medical Information experience required
• Strong client services experience required

Diligent is looking for a Program Supervisor who will support call center operations including client services and be supported by a team of experienced operational Program Leads. You will:

• Work directly with the Implementation Specialist and/or Account Management team to ensure the timely and complete launch of new programs or updated processes.
• Build respect and trust of clients by providing strategic solutions and recommendations.
• Generate new ideas to creatively solve client challenges or capitalize on opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and oversee call center representatives.
• Demonstrate effective presentation skills for client business reviews.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, clinical and professional journals, technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
