Program Supervisor Opportunity – Medical Information

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support day-to-day call center account activities for pharmaceutical and biotech clients working in medical information.
Our purpose is to support and educate patients and healthcare professionals by responding to questions about prescriptions, devices, and disease states.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, clinical and professional journals, technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
