Discovery Dental Hiring for Dental Front Office at Maple Valley, WA Full Time

Established office in Issaquah WA offering a full time front office position Mon-Fri. We are committed to providing exemplary service to our patients and are looking for someone who is highly motivated with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our team. 1 year minimum experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Recall
• Making follow up phone calls to patients/insurance companies/referring offices
• scheduling/confirming appointments
• Collecting patients’ payments at time of service.

• Presenting and explaining treatment plans/financial coverage to the patients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Dentrix software is a must
• Computer literacy and proficiency
• Knowledge of dental insurances
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Being able to work independently as well as a member of the team.
