Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution Hiring for Promotions Coordinator Job at Ciudad de México Full Time

The Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for provide support and service to the sales team to ensure that the DASP Promotions and Sponsorships objectives are met. Project manager and implementation of different projects. Back-up for financial and administrative support to Promotions area.

Responsibilities :

• Implementation of promotions and sponsorships, from approvals with Marketing and Studios to communication and monitoring with direct clients.
• Direct relationship with clients for the presentation of opportunities and monitoring of projects.
• Develop creative proposals in Power Point, adjusted to a partner’s brief or needs and also post-mortem reports for each project.
• Coordination, monitoring and management of budgets.
• Support to the commercial team by accompany them in meetings with clients, understand their needs and find creative proposals to associate them with our brands.
• Back-up for administration process, such as register and organize the financial and conceptual information of Promotions in Disney systems.
• Mastery of Disney guidelines and policies to always ensure the care of all our brands.

Basic Qualifications :

• Possess 1 year of experience (at least an internship) in a similar role with focus in Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing and Business related areas.
• Intermediate English is necessary.
• Commercial attitude.
• Disney fan that know and love all our brands.
