Job Summary:
The Content Coordinator supports the Disney Institute Content Development team, you will create online virtual and instructor-led unique learning and development solutions for external clients using Disney’s best practices in leadership, employee engagement, and quality service. Reporting to the content manager, you will have direct hands-on responsibility for coordinating projects and conducting portions of the research, development, and continuous improvement of content and learning tools to support Disney Institute external business clients.

Responsibilities:
You Will:
Organize assigned projects and provide updates to leadership and partners
Support projects which will require research to gather necessary input and detail
Balance priorities and handle confidential information
Apply your understanding of adult learning principles and organizational development philosophies
Provide support to the Content Development team
Basic Qualifications:
You Have:
Organization development or human performance improvement consulting experience
Understanding of adult learning principles and organizational development philosophies
Experience with instructional design and training
Experience with instructional system design
Passion for working with a diverse team
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience working with Apple operating systems and Windows operating systems
Aptness to learn new software applications.
Required Education
Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Training and Performance, Organizational or Strategic Communication, or equivalent.
