Weekend Coverage for Small Internet Business Successful candidates: -Have strong communication skills to effectively assist students who contact us by: phone, email or live chat. -Work effectively with a range of software, and on-line programs. -Possess a high level of customer service professionalism. -Demonstrate a strong ability to organize job priorities. -Are proficient at typing. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * *Customer Service* · Receives inbound inquiries from customers by telephone, e-mail, live chat and communicates responses effectively. · Assists customers with sign up and registration to ensure follow through and efficient conversion and completion of coursework. · Develops and maintains a working knowledge of the organizations products and services. · Provides professional and courteous customer service through the use of effective verbal and listening skills. · Ensures the protection and security of customer’s and company property at all times. · Contacts customers when necessary to follow-up on customer issues or orders. · Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
