• Review documents to verify correct verbiage, accurate dates, and facts. Ensure printed backup documents (note, mortgage, assignment, print screens, corporate resolution, and prior recorded foreclosure documents) are consistent with the source documents being prep for signature for signer and notary.
• Tab supporting documentation for easy identification for signers.
• May scan documents into image system. Update daily log indicating complete assignment.
